You were doing so good in the beginning so this is proof that you can do it! I think the initial weight drop in the first week made you expect immediate results and this is not what this lifestyle is about. Long term fitness, health, and happiness should be your goal!! When you under eat like that your body goes into "starvation" mode; it thinks it is starving so it has the tendency to store/hold onto more weight in case of famine. It's the body's way of survival. Give your body abundance and it will thank you, learn to trust you, and the weight will come off in time the healthy way once your body realizes that it no longer needs to hold onto excess weight in case of famine. So you actually need to feed your body MORE of the HCLFV food that it craves in order to reach your weight and fitness goals.
Also, the more you worry about weight gain the more you are manifesting it into your life. We attract what we think about so it is better to think at this lifestyle in a positive light~ have complete faith in this lifestyle and focus on health instead of weight and your goals WILL happen for you. Be grateful that you have stumbled upon this lifestyle. This is what will HEAL you!. It is the ticket to reaching your ultimate happiness, and benefiting others in the process by helping to save the planet. It's all about the way you think about it and your mentality. Look at food not as an enemy but as a friend; it is feeding and nourishing your body, your body CRAVES it! Fruit and vegetables are nothing to be scared of. Think about it..who ever heard of being overweight long term on eating fruits and vegetables?!? Eating (plenty!) of them in an abundance is restoring life throughout your body. Show your body love by nourishing and it will show you love back
