Hello everyone, so i have been on this diet for more than year and a half, i have a restrictive past and I do 2 hours of exercise for 5 days a week. I do not follow the raw till 4 guidelines exactly as they say, but i do eat lots of fruit, mostly mangoes, more than 10 per day. I eat some salad and broccoli, i eat avocado just like 1/4 or less and sometimes i eat rice. I also have recently started to drink almond milk and dry cocoa. I eat about 2,000 -2,300 calories per day, but i have gained 10 kilos and everyday i gain more weight, i am feeling really desperate, my clothes dont fit anymore, i feel uncomfortable in my own skin.
I have low blood pressure so i feel really tired, but i also can do a lot of exercise.
Can you give me any advice on proper food combining, and maybe motivate me to keep on this lifestyle? I have been thinking in seriously giving up.

Are you implying that there is a correlation between your weight gain and food combining?
There is no scientific evidence for so called food combining. Actually I think food combining is nonsence but I would encourage you to research the subject a little more.

avo & almond milk will give you a big increase in fat depending on how much and how often, I dont expect anyone to be able to give you a solid answer with so little information.
