If you are still craving sweets after dinner, you are not eating enough fruit during the day. I would recommend that you eat sweet potatoes with dinner. They are filling and satisfy that need for sweets.
just watch your food combining..you really shouldnt get very bloated. if your going to eat fruit at night with your cooked food eat it first. the fruit will digest faster then your cooked meal or salad so you dont want it sitting ontop already broken down waiting to digest. see if that helps at all
see absorption uptake and assimilation issues and try skipping the cooked until you address those issues .
