Although I've been following the 80 10 10 movement for a while, I recently decided to try it out due to various health reasons (feeling like crap, a cyst in my neck, back pains and bloated stomach)
I'm having issues with the cost and convenience of the diet. I don't have a car, and live in downtown, Portland Oregon. I found a company that delivers organic produce right to your door, but its rather pricey ($200 a week for all I need). I found a Co-op which is a 30 minute bus ride away, which seems to have good prices , but it's not convenient since I'm a student and carrying cases of fruit from the bus stop to my apartment sounds impossible.
Any Portlanders here that can help a brotha out?
Hey, there there are no other shops pr grocerys in your near of your home ?
You should ask this question in the Pacific Northwest group here on 30bad, there are other people in that group who live in Portland and you are likely to get some good answers about where to buy fruit there!
