30 Bananas a Day!

Hi

I'm loving being raw vegan, only been 3weeks. Feel great but tired at the moment. I don't want to eat too many nuts but I need protein help!

Greens.

succulent leafy greens ,   or squash i suppose have higher protein but , we don't need protein we want the amino acids in the form of enzymes (living in food till you cook it)

the tight bonds of proteins lead to all matter of issues when entering the bloodstream undigested(able)

just eating whole ripe fresh you get more than what you need.  enjoy , worry not

It's quite unlikely to be protein deprived without also being calorie deprived. Eat more :)

Ok, well it's my 15th day and my appetite has gone down a lot...I eat on average!

Juice for breakfast , usually green with a bag of spinach, bag of kale, 2 apples, a lime, pack of red grapes Celery

Lunch. 4 oranges

Snack. 2 olives and 4 almonds

Dinner. Salad, with 1/3 avocado, lettuce, 6 cherry tomatoes, 1 red pepper, 1 spring onion

2 glasses of red wine, I know that's bad but its my only treat!!,,, don't judge.

You can try these for size if you feel like it

I've actually eaten more than 30 bananas :D
But on my first day, I only ate five.

How much do you exercise?

A lil bit. I like doing my fair share of Convict Conditioning in the morning, which I really ove, because pretty much anyone in any shape at any age can start with it. 
But then again, there is petite girls here who say they hardly move all day long and still eat more than me, you know, like 4000 cals, so, yeh ;) 
On my second day, I ate seven bananas. Do you like bananas?

I find it hard as I was always told not to eat them as they were fattening because of the sugar. It's hard to get my head round eating a lot of food and eating thing that are calorific.
