succulent leafy greens , or squash i suppose have higher protein but , we don't need protein we want the amino acids in the form of enzymes (living in food till you cook it)
the tight bonds of proteins lead to all matter of issues when entering the bloodstream undigested(able)
just eating whole ripe fresh you get more than what you need. enjoy , worry not
It's quite unlikely to be protein deprived without also being calorie deprived. Eat more :)
I've actually eaten more than 30 bananas :D
But on my first day, I only ate five.
A lil bit. I like doing my fair share of Convict Conditioning in the morning, which I really ove, because pretty much anyone in any shape at any age can start with it.
But then again, there is petite girls here who say they hardly move all day long and still eat more than me, you know, like 4000 cals, so, yeh ;)
On my second day, I ate seven bananas. Do you like bananas?
