30 Bananas a Day!

Hello Everyone, 

I am totally new to this site and lifestyle... but it interests me very much.

I was just wondering if there was anyone out there with fructose malabsorption that can still easily maintain this lifestyle? if so what do you eat and how?

Also did anyone experience debilitating gut pain starting this lifestyle? Even eating mono meals? 

I am transitioning and experiencing some issues with my guts. Just wondering if there is anyone out there that experienced the same, or knows tips to help... 

I know mono meals are best 

lots of water etc. 

Any feedback would be appreciated.

I also have PCOS, Asthma, Thyroid issues, Insulin problems(major reasons for transitioning to this lifestyle)
