Heavy and painful period on rt4? (TMI alert for any males that might be reading)

So I have been doing this lifestyle for 2 weeks,and yesterday I got my period again. And it's my first period I have gotten on this lifestyle. And holy crap, it is heavy and painful, now typically my periods are light and minimal or no painful. But this time it just blew up, I am bleeding like I just got shot left and right and have horrible cramps and symptoms. Is it normal to have periods like this on raw till 4. Are they temporay, has anyone else had something like this? Advice?

Are you using cronometer to track your fat intake?  Your period should get lighter the cleaner you eat.  I am wondering if you are eating too much peanut butter! :D  A high fat intake is actually pretty common when first starting out because it's tricky to get in enough calories so people get hungry and eat fatty stuff, also people don't realize just how much fat they are getting, it's very easy to go over 10% of calories. 

That could very well be. I love peanut butter and other fatty foods like avocados and almonds. I try not to have them very often (once a week like freelee said) But that's hard, I haven't used chronometer but I have used MyFitnessPal. I will try chronometer, is it a website or an app? I will google it. And yes I know how easy it is to get too much fat. And it's also easy to get too much protein. But in my opinion I think it's easier to get too much fat than too much protein.
