Okay... I usually eat maybe 2-5 oranges or grapefruits and about two bowls of organic oatmeal with organic sugar (whether it's powered, brown, or plain white sugar) for breakfast. Then for my first lunch break I eat about 2-5 oranges, bananas or any fruit that I get my hands on. Then the second lunch I eat either organic oatmeal or a bunch of fruit. Then supper is potatoes, rice, sweet potatoes or some sort of cooked vegan meal. Throughout the day I munch on lettuce and such for my nutrients from them!
I particularly like oats and think they are an excellent choice. I use rolled oats. I top my oats with fruit for sweetness. potatoes, rice and sweet potatoes are all good choices - I like them all.

as long as you are getting enough calories and you are happy with your weight, then yes, its healthy!! for someone like me who is trying hard to lose weight, i try to get most of my calories from bananas, strawberries, juice, and potatoes.
