Hello girls and boys, my name is Amaia and I'm a 21 years old spanish student. For the last year or so I've been a high carb low fat vegan for the most part, and in the last 6-8 months I've been trying to include more raw foods to my diet.
Now I feel I need to change and I'm going to attempt the raw food thing, my intention is to take a year of transition and during that year try to eat 801010 raw every time I can, but I'll also goint to be focusing on not hating myself if sometimes I have some steamed potatoes for dinner (always trying to keep those as the excepcion).
Do you have any tips for me? I'm trying to absorb as much information as I can to try to make this as best as possible.
Thank you so much,
Awesome picture! That's really cool what you do :) back in college, I was a part of a club we named "The Circus Arts Club" it was short lived since we didn't gain a lot of members and others transferred to other schools. I practice using the diabolo, but no pics or videos. I've spun fire poi before though and my sister spins poi, uses hoops and double staves. I need to get myself a new pair of juggling balls cause its sooooo addicting LOL
Yes it's me in the right BSOA :)
Colette: that's awesome! You should totally go back to juggling
Personally I've found something that makes me happy as I had never felt (in terms of sports) in the circus. It has give me the power to want to change my life for the better; since I started training there I've changed in so many ways I can hardly recognize the person I was before, and I've just started. I can't wait to see what life has to offer.
Circus gives me inspiration to life purposefully
