I would really like to know this as well.. I'm gonna live in Vancouver for 5-6 months later this year! No clue where to find good stuff!
Its strange because I'm from Alberta and Vancouver is supposed to be a "health nut" city, yet I cant find any stores comparable to ones back home!
Yeah, I've heard that too! Well there are many vancouverites on this forum luckily ^^
Oh btw, how do you avoid GMO foods in canada? Im from norway where GMO is illegal, so I never really needed to "avoid" it.
making tampering with nature illegal? what a novel idea! sigh... if only the rest of the world could wake up!
whole foods gives discounts if you buy cases of produce its 10% though i found for non organics the place to buy in bulk is sunrise market on hastings and powell but im still new to this lifestyle change to the search is on going and i will keep updating when i find new things !
Depends on your neighborhood. It would be nice if there were a map or app or something.
Hey, I'm glad you asked!
I have an organic coop that I've recently started!
It's perfect for HCRV, such as myself.
please email me at email@example.com if you would like a pricelist! :)
Living in east van and food is becoming pricey here too. I was thinking about Spuds.ca but not sure yet.
