I'm a dancer and fitness buff out of Austin, Texas. Recently my workout schedule has exploded ... I am training to become a certified Pilates teacher, a certified yoga teacher and I have several dance performances coming up in June and July.
I do power yoga 5-6 days a week, 2 Pilates mat classes per week and 1 private on the reformer, and I have dance rehearsal 3 times a week or more. Plus I run 2-3 times a week (I'm an amateur racer...boo ya so much fun), and I bike regularly and aggressively.
Anyone else here balancing a schedule like this? How do you manage to eat enough, on the run so to speak? I find myself bonking at about 6 pm, although evening yoga helps. I would just prefer to stabilize my energy levels so I could go all day.
Seriously, I need to maintain peak fitness levels right now and I can't afford to lose any weight, strength or muscle. It's not an endurance thing, but a strength thing.

I have a similar schedule to this, maybe not AS intense, but I too... would love someone else to give some advice haha! (sorry that this doesn't help haha!)

I should keep a case of fruit in my car.
Yeah, I would say to keep a case of fruit in your car and make smoothies ahead of time. Maybe keep a cooler in your car for the smoothies! For me, I'm always on the go and smoothies are a fast and easy way to pack in food with little effort.
