There is an interesting topic on this that I just read. I will pull excerpts from it. The topic is actually about messing up the gene pool but, it talks about infertility as well. This is granted that the infertility is not caused by a dietary issue. You might find it interesting.
"For women, it's even more serious. Women, you see, are born with all the eggs they'll ever have in their lives. Those eggs were formed as a fetus, and the health of those eggs is largely determined by the diet of the pregnant mom carrying the female fetus." "So if you're a woman, it is your mom's diet that determined the genetic integrity of the eggs you carry right now. And changing your own diet won't regenerate healthier eggs."
Sorry! You might like this too! I've never read through it all but, she does eat raw and vegan and had quite a hard time getting pregnant. http://kristensraw.com/blog/2009/07/22/fertility-adventure-the-full...
I would love to hear more about this. One of my daughters has PCOS and has been in fertility treatments for at least three years. She eats typical SAD. I keep telling her to try this.
