ok, i am having trouble with energy for working out and it hits me at about 4:30 pm every day, when i am thinking about leaving work and wanting to go workout. I cycle to work, its a 20 minute journey.
I suppose the obvioius answer is not enough calories, but heres my difficulty, i am having about 25-35 bananas a day, plus about 20-30 dates a day, i lose count as i just eat when i feel like it at my desk. I also have greens every day, usually in the evening and a smoothie in the evening. Also, usually i have been having a honeydew melon, either for breakfast or some time during the day at work, as well as the bananas. My job is not physical, i can walk around, but i am sitting most of the day at a computer, decent pay and not stressfull at all.
Also, by the time i am feeling this way, last thing i want is another banana or anything sweet, why is that? does anyone else get this? what do you do?
I am used to working out and running, and i really want to keep doing so, but like i say i am having no motivation by the time i get home. I saw the below excerpt posted on vegsource. Could it be i need ot stop excersing for a abit, but how long, and i don't want to stop working out, you know.
Couple this with all the other stuff its possible to read about with Raw etc, and it becomes a bit overwhelming.
"Along with starting the 811 program I joined a gym a month ago and started training again for the first time in years. I've just started reading Patenaude's Raw Secrets and he says that the initial detox can take between 4-8 months and "During this time it is imperative to sleep more, get plenty of rest and avoid hard physical exercise and mental stress until the energy starts to come
back naturally. From this point forward you can start exercising to build muscle and keep feeding yourself properly."
I guess reading Raw Secrets may shed light but if anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated.
