30 Bananas a Day!

It is a documentary about an Australian guy who goes on a 60 day juice fast. It's very inspirational.

It inspired my dad who has been ill for years and struggling to try low fat raw for 60 days. He started yesterday, I'm so excited!

Check it out. http://www.fatsickandnearlydead.com/

It's on Netflix!

I think the truck driver's story was even more inspiring than the Australian guy's. He's definitely a role model for people who think it's too hard to lose a lot of weight or turn your life around.

One of my supervisors asked me if I saw it (he's well aware of my fruit habit). He told me that he's considering doing a 60-day green smoothie trial, to try improving his energy levels and lose some extra pounds.

Love the documentary, very well done, and inspiring.
Watched this last week. Great stuff! But I do have to wonder why he would rather do a "reset" once in a while, rather than just being healthy every day? Oh well, this is turning a lot of people on to healthy living. It's hard to make excuses when you see a 400 pound trucker pull it off.

That movie actually got me on the path im on today.

Yes,

Just walking around the city I see enough of this.

Take Care,

Yes I did the other week in NYC and the man himself was there. Unfortunately he was eating animals again as he did not want to 'label' himself anything like a vegan/vego or some excuse like that. And of course he was starting to put the weight back on again. He says he does a 'reboot' of juicing again every few months to lose the weight again. Juice-feasting is NOT the way to lose weight but its a good way to get ravenous and put on weight.

After saying that I really enjoyed it and found both but particularly the truckies story WAY inspirational!

lol that's what movies/tv do!
Ya, I see it everyday when I leave the house.
It's really good. And I agree with Ben Nana, the truck driver's story was really moving and I think what makes the movie so emotionally moving. Definitely check it out.
Thanks for list, I've already seen Earthlings but hadn't heard of the other 2 you mentioned, going to look them up now!
Couldn't find any info on a doc titles "Eating"... any links?
