Harley, and anyone else reading this, what do you eat before a work out or training session? I do muay thai and rock climbing, and ive noticed especially with the muay thai i tend to burn out fast during a training session. I usually dont eat anything before training as I dont like to feel all full and bloated. Am wondering if a datorraid will help, or even just eating a few dates and a banana will make a difference?... would love to know what others are doing?
I usually train in the morning, I wake up and only have water before a session and eat a fruit smoothy afterwards... if I'm training in the evening I wont eat anything before because I cant do anything with a full tummy.. but im feeling like I need some energy boost throughout the work out, and am wondering if its just my cardio levels and physic that i need to work on or if its actually because i dont have enough fuel to burn in my body..
