I've been lifting weights a lot lately, and I was wondering what's the difference in hamstring and glute "burn"? When I do dead lifts, I definitely feel it all along my backside, but where do your glutes and hamstrings meet, exactly? Right under your butt cheeks? (lol) I've looked up anatomy but it only shows muscles, and not actual fleshy human legs/rears. I'm convinced strengthening my hammies will reduce dimply legs but I don't want to be shifting my weight incorrectly while lifting or something. Thank you!
