I became healthy, cleared my skin and am down to a healthy weight eating 3000 calories a day because of this lifestyle.
I don't know what to do about my extreme hairless and loss of period, moreso the hair loss. Do you have any tips or things that I should do. I am considering eating an avocado a day or 100g of nuts because I think it may may be from the lack of fat. I used to be on a protein rich diet which was awful except for the fact that my hair was super thick and healthy.
I also had noticed that my hair started falling out a little bit. I found this discussion on here, so I think that this could help you (us) -
It's really not about how much fat you eat or nutritions. Just keep carbing up and be happy :)
