I try, and try, and try, to eat greens but for some reason I feel like I'm forcing myself and choking them back! Spinach and lettuce are the hardest....kale I also can only eat if it's dehydrated like a chip. Making salads is pretty dull after awhile and seems like small-scale torture to eat as all I want is to eat fruit in it's whole natural form.
I tried the salad routine with the mulched fruit, it ruined the fruit for me LOL.
I'm looking to get a new juicer and make green 'juices' until I can face greens again. I was a vegan prior to this, so I ate them a lot....but....the kale was sauteed and the salad in sandwiches! :(
I will try and add them to a smoothie though, good idea :)
