at the moment I really have problems eating my greens. Just thinking about a lettuce leaf makes me want to puke (sorry, lettuce...).

After a day without greens, if my body doesn't feel like it, then the next day my body craves them so badly. Try a night or two without them (or even a week), you will eventually really feel like eating them again!
i have this issue too, but with bananas..my body is sick of them..i am following this thread i wanna see what people say.
If you feel ill while eating greens it usually means you have parasites, and it is the parasites that are making you feel ill because they do not like the greens.
