blending greens is the way to go! for me atleast, sweet fruit/greens combine perfectly like banana/romaine! blending the greens ruptures the cell walls in them which allows you to absorb the nutrients better than if you were to chew greens, we cant chew greens enough to allow for this to happen, so blending is perfect!! once i read "Green for life" by victoria boutenko, i'm all about green smoothies!! i make 2-3 smoothies a day and i blend 1 to 2 heads in those 3 smoothies! :D
i love them! they are addictive.
I mix my green juice with fruit smoothie all the time. Started in the 90's with carrot, apple and greens. Then about a year ago started with fruit smoothies + green juice daily. Grape and kale juice strained threw fine mesh has been my favorite lately.
a simple banana + baby-spinach/romaine is so deliciously good

About how many greens should I be eating every day? Is one cup of baby spinach greens enough or do I need more?
