when i eat a bowl of rice or stuff like that i do not feel like running......
What I know is that some rice grown in japan actually has gluten and could cause problems in gluten sensitive people (like myself.)
According to this article, mochi is glutenous...
I have not had much experience with mochi, but from what I can tell, this seems to be a highly processed product, and would fall under the category of occasional treat for raw to 4s, but should not be the meal.
I would also make sure it is vegan, ie no butter, milk, yogurt, or cheese products used.
