30 Bananas a Day!

I am a competitive cyclist and do ride my bicycle a lot. I eat unlimited amounts of carbs per day (at least 3000 calories per day). High carb helped me a lot and I do feel great. My favorite food  obviously are bananas :-)

I always used to be lean, about 62-64 kg at 1,77 m. But now I am heading towards 59 kg. I'm afraid that I am getting TOO lean. I did get a lot faster on the climbs, but I am afraid that I could loose too much power for the crits.

What can I do?

TOO lean is bad? keep going and feel live through this amazing journey, I am still on my way and I try my hardest to become lean as a matter of fact I'm going to go cycling right now!!!!  

Eat more. 3000kcals is for ppl who don't do much physical activity. If your a competitive cyclist your intake should be way higher.

Maybe add some avocado (LITTLE BITT!) if you don't like to be too lean.
But who doesn't !!!????

More cals + more fat (eat up to 10% of daily calories from fat+protein if you're currently doing 90/5/5), even though i'd try upping my cals first

Around 3000 cals is my minimum on a lazy "sofa-day", so not the regular basis. I am going to try to eat even more, but at a certain point one kind of can't digest more.

I train about 12 hours / week and I never eat less than 3500 kcal/day. Generally it's between 4000-5000.
