Recently my doctor found out I have pretty low B12 levels - 128, she said it might be because of some stomach damage which could inhibit the absorbtion of B12. She definitely wasnt sure, and prescribed me a Gastrofibroscopy, which to me seems like unnecessary and not very comfy operation, with local anesthetic. Its because i feel so good with my stomach, never had any pains, acid reflux or anything like that, digest everything pretty smoothly.
I may just lack the instrinsic factor, which could, in my knowledge, be best healed by a FAST...
what are your opinions?
did anybody had that operation?
I would take a supplement and retest 4-6 months later. I also had low B12 level, easily fixed by a sublingual.
I'd start methyl B12 shots ASAP if I were you!
