30 Bananas a Day!

Hi guys, I've been "half doing" this diet almost for the whole year and it has been working quite fine. About 3 weeks ago I tryed having 25 bananas in one day and I felt great, better than ever, so I really began having 25-30 bananas a day since then. Right now I feel great but the only problem is that I'm actually gainning weight instead of loosing it and believe me, is not something I need, it cost me the whole year to reduce like 4 kg (lets say since March to August) but now, in only 3 weeks I have recovered 3 kg.

Although I know it is common to gain weight before you start to loosing it in this diet. Can anyone tell me how much is a reasonable limit to know if it is too much or if I'm just doing something wrong?

Anyone who had experienced the same situation would like to share about it?

If he only recently increased his calories to around 2500-3000 he was restricting for awhile. People think that they don't come from a calorie restricting background because they never had an eating disorder but eating too close to your needs or unintentional restriction even for a short period of time can cause this result. The extent and severity of the restriction dictates the severity of the gain and how long it takes to balance out.
