Hi guys, I've been "half doing" this diet almost for the whole year and it has been working quite fine. About 3 weeks ago I tryed having 25 bananas in one day and I felt great, better than ever, so I really began having 25-30 bananas a day since then. Right now I feel great but the only problem is that I'm actually gainning weight instead of loosing it and believe me, is not something I need, it cost me the whole year to reduce like 4 kg (lets say since March to August) but now, in only 3 weeks I have recovered 3 kg.
Although I know it is common to gain weight before you start to loosing it in this diet. Can anyone tell me how much is a reasonable limit to know if it is too much or if I'm just doing something wrong?
Anyone who had experienced the same situation would like to share about it?
