I started this lifestyle (raw till 4) in january of 2014. I came from restricting and iver working my body and weighing 118. Every since i changed to this lifestyle i've gain so much weight :( i thought i was going to lose! I know it takes time for detox and healing, but is it normal to gain this much weight? Am i doing something wrong? i eat 2000-2500 cals a day and bike 2-3 times a week.
