30 Bananas a Day!

<p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p>Firstly, I need to apologise for the way my computer lays out my text, I don't know why it omits all the spaces!<p> I'm absolutely positive that I am having a massive problem with fructose malabsorption, and that I have had it for most of my life without knowing it. I have found increasingly that I cannot eat the high fructose fruits that match the fructose malabsorption problem list, as well as the cooked foods that are on the list that used to give me the same problems. Whenever I eat apples, pears, plums, nectarines, melons, mangoes, grapes literally within an hour/couple of hours I am running to the loo to urinate and I am talking every 10 minutes, literally. I also get bloating and gas. I start to get pains in my abdomen, I think it's my liver and if I'm not drinking water constantly then I start to have problems with cystitis. It's beyond a joke, I'm talking 20 times a day and 4/5 time at night, if I have eaten those fruits. By the end of the day I will be so tired out from going to to the loo that I will crawl into bed with a headache. Those symptoms match fructose malabsorption symptoms. I have had urinary problems since my early teens, I used to think it was candida but was always confused by the fact that my symptoms would come on very quickly. I was tested for blood sugar issues when I was younger but the tests showed no abnormalities. I stopped going to doctors years ago because all they ever did was prescribe me antibiotics for infections. I told them I knew foods effected me but noone ever listened. I went on a predominantly low gi vegan diet, vegetables, beans lentils, etc with no high  carb foods or fruit. This did seem to control it, but not for the reasons I thought and I was starving and tired ALL the time. Anyway I came to 80-10-10 after an exhaustive search to find answers, and I thought I'd found them I still do but I have an EXTREMELY restricted diet. The only fruit that I can eat in any quantity is bananas, I eat at least 20 a day but finances are very tight so I often have to supplement with plain rice, the only cooked starch I can eat that doesn't seem to cause the same serious immediate symptoms. I have no overts at the moment since they also cause me problems. Nuts make my skin break out badly. I'm worried about my highly restricted diet. I eat bananas, some oranges, kiwis and berries, lettuce, courgette, green peas, alfalfa sprouts, and that's pretty much it. I make sure I drink plenty of water, 2 litres first thing and then a couple more through the day usually. I also eat 2500 calories, aiming for 3000. If I just eat bananas everything seems to calm down but i'm really worried about such a restricted diet. I'm hoping my body will heal. I found this article by Don Benett about the benefits of chromium and I'm wondering about taking it, what do people think, is it likely that these symptoms will improve and my body will heal from this? I've been doing high fruit, mostly raw for over 6 months now, and to be honest, it seems to be getting worse.
