30 Bananas a Day!

I know this is kind of a weird topic, but I've gained a lot of weight since coming to this lifestyle (40 lbs), and my breasts are starting to sort of sag... They just got really big really fast. They used to be a C cup, and now I'm sure they're bigger than a D (they don't properly fit in the one D cup bra I have). I can't wear any of my old bras, so I've resorted to wearing sports bras most of the time. I don't think they're helping the situation since they don't really compress them too much. I also work out on the elliptical for an hour everyday (to be honest I only work out because I want to lose weight- and it hasn't happened yet -_- but that's besides the point), and I think that the constant bouncing up and down also contributes to them sagging. Will hclf veganism help with this when I do lose some weight? I'm just afraid they'll stay where they are even after I lose weight... Please help- I'm only 18! I think I'm really young to have to deal with this :(

I mean, as a guy who used to be extremely overweight when I was just turning a'teen, I'd say it'll help you once you lose weight as well as I'd say going up and down in weight helps.
My skin's tightened up quicker and more since going hclf vegan, and I've always noticed if I stop losing weight and maintain, or preferably gain 5-10lbs, then lose it, I'll end up with much tighter skin than before in a matter of a month or two, which is likely too short to be considered normal.
I wouldn't worry about it, eventually you'll start to lose the weight and they'll shrink down a bit, and either at the same time, or shortly after they'll likely tighten up.

Oh my gosh, thank you. I feel a lot better after hearing this. I'm hopeful that my youth will take care of any stretching I have in the long run.

Take your boobs and press them into your hands while pushing them up - or push them up and press down on a counter or table - so they are pressing against the counter.  Then flex your breast muscles for a few seconds at time. Repeat this for 30 times, or more if you can. And increase the number of times you do daily to up to a hundred or more.  It will HELP with sagging, and also increase size  (at least based on experience) - (although they may initially seem a bit smaller because you are increasing muscle.)  Also take a break from this exercise once or twice a week to allow your muscles to repair.  Maybe you wouldn't want to increase - I don't think it would that much in your case anyways, but it at least should help with sagging because it is keeping your muscles in shape there. 

They will tighten back once you lose weight. Also, make sure you spend a good amount of time braless. If you wear a bra all the time, your breast muscles loosen and cant hold your breasts up without a bra. I've personally noticed a difference not wearing my bras at home

Ditto: I use to wear an underwire near to bed 24/7 now I cannot stand anything restricting my breasts, expect I where cotton crop tops when I can get them to work just to be decent. But at home nothing.

I think saggy breasts are just a fact of life - look at the natives of any country - not an attractive look I know but only because the media and sales and marketing of bras has brainwashed us into having the expectations that we women are supposed to have the breasts of 12 year old girls, till death do up part.

So forget your fixation on this so minor detail and instead focus on loving what your otherwise healthy body does and has the capacity to achieve in regards to making the world a better place. Rise Up - evolve beyond just the superficial of body image and instead focus on your mental and spiritual capacities and I guarantee your life will be much more rewarding and joyful

I have heard from a good source that using a rebounder (trampoline) daily for a few minutes (say 15-20 minutes) will help with this issue. Might take a few weeks to see improvement but apparently it does work. There are also other health benefits of this, too.
