I know, it's health first. But we're all vain. I haven't gained weight so far being on this lifestyle, I've actually lost a few pounds, but I am curious. For anyone out there who did gain weight doing this for the first year or two or however long, when it came off how fast was it? Was it a gradual thing, did it happen quickly? I'm extremely curious. You see before and afters but no one talks much about specific events at specific times (I was "x" weight for a while, then gained 6 months in, then lost it all in "x" amount of time).

i started out 150lbs lost to 140 held that for a few months then i gained 10lbs held that for well over a year gained another 5 or 6 held that. Now the scales down but i've been sick not running as much and my appetites not what it normally is. I'd imaigine as soon as i feel better i'll just gain those couple pounds right back.
In my case I dont get how the gain could possibly be fat. I'm leaner now then i was at 140 tho i still got some troublesome areas.
there are some that gain and then loose not many tho I think most dont stick around once that scale goes up to see it eventually come down. I stick around because I ate other diets and stuck at 150lbs and couldnt shake the last of the flab. I do this and i'm stuck and cant shake the last of the flab either. But the difference i feel the best so I just keep doing it.
