One of the most dramatic things I ever saw - and what first clued me in to how I shouldn't be letting my family eat at McDonald's - was when a lady showed a group of us a one-year-old chicken nugget meal from there that was still perfect. No mold, no deterioration, nothing. It hadn't been refrigerated.
I don't think that was *exactly* what you meant, but maybe it will give you some ideas...
I say seperate all foods into carbs fats and protein depending on what they're made up of as the majority.
then refer to meat (with the exception of beef i believe, that'll be protein food... a massive excess of protein but protein none-the-less) as fat food not protein food :D
