It's kind of a gross topic, but can we talk about how much better my mood is when I eliminate 2 to 3 times a day? I went from a high raw hclf style diet back to a SAD diet after I moved home from college. Parental pressure, peer pressure...well, now I have my own apartment again and I am back to healthy diet that works for ME. I felt HORRIBLE while i was so constipated, IBS had me at either diarrhea or completely blocked and constipated.
Now, I am back to eliminating well, and my mood is IMPOSSIBLY AMAZING!
its really true when you dont poop you feel like SHIT because thats what you're full of!
so lets give our fluffy fruity floaters some love. a happy colon is a happy life :)
0-1x a day feels pretty bad. The water and fiber in fruit really help. :)
