I eat ground flax seed almost every day. I'm not sure why but a little flax meal with breakfast improves my mental clarity throughout the day.
I'm not sure if it would slow your weight loss progress because I've always been thin. It's safe to say I haven't gained weight eating it and I can think on no averse affects it has on me.

I have been taking castor oil and flax seeds at least once a week for the past 3 months , they are great .

It was the only supplement I used to take when I was eating a cooked vegan diet, I used to have adrenal fatigue and some digestive issues, somehow castor oil helped with those issues, its been a year since I turned low fat raw vegan and those problems vanished ;p. No need for supplements, but I take it whenever i remember to eat my flax seeds.

Wow your set up is incredible. How much money did that take you to get started? I just got a microgreen grow kit in the mail to start experimenting with it since Ive never grown anything in my life. Where do you buy the seeds? Do you grow microgreens just from regular seeds? What kind of lights do you use? Sorry for all the questions lol its just that this is something I really want to get started but I dont have much money and dont want to waste it doing it wrong.

I disagree. Two tablespoons isn't much. You will still be within the 80/10/10 ratio when eating them. Go for it.
