I'm raw for about 8 months (and about 3 months HCRV, before that I didn't eat enough and didn't drink water) but still have flatulence. I just feel very gassy whatever I ate.
Also very often i have diarrhea and my stool is always stinks. What can it be? Any suggestions?
(no poor combination, prefer monomeals (2-3 meals), no overts, over 3000 calories + ~3 liters of water per day. Staple food is bananas and dates (datorade), sometimes other fruits like peaches, pears, cherries etc etc... Not too much greens, they don't taste good for me, but sometimes iceberg, romaine or celery.)

Don't want to eat less, but may be I need to try to eat more smaller meals instead 2-3 big...
The problem isn't in smoothies, cos I feel the same problems even if i ate whole fruits like watermelon, peaches, pears etc
Also I've notices that I have sweating after almost all of my meals and sometimes feel some discomfort in the stomach (not pain, but some uncomfortable feeling). And I always have diarrhea (sometimes more strong, sometimes less). The stool and the gas smells unpleasant.
I was thinking that it will changes with time, but it's not (yet). It just makes me crazy sometimes. I don't know what am I doing wrong...
Running and walking. Not too much, but not too little at the same time.
Plus sometimes pushups and things like that
