30 Bananas a Day!

hello all!

I'm raw for about 8 months (and about 3 months HCRV, before that I didn't eat enough and didn't drink water) but still have flatulence. I just feel very gassy whatever I ate.

Also very often i have diarrhea and my stool is always stinks. What can it be? Any suggestions?

 

(no poor combination, prefer monomeals (2-3 meals), no overts, over 3000 calories + ~3 liters of water per day. Staple food is bananas and dates (datorade), sometimes other fruits like peaches, pears, cherries etc etc... Not too much greens, they don't taste good for me, but sometimes iceberg, romaine or celery.)

I'm always do all my best to chew my meal well.

Will try your smoothie tips.

Don't want to eat less, but may be I need to try to eat more smaller meals instead 2-3 big...

The problem isn't in smoothies, cos I feel the same problems even if i ate whole fruits like watermelon, peaches, pears etc

Also I've notices that I have sweating after almost all of my meals and sometimes feel some discomfort in the stomach (not pain, but some uncomfortable feeling). And I always have diarrhea (sometimes more strong, sometimes less). The stool and the gas smells unpleasant.

I was thinking that it will changes with time, but it's not (yet). It just makes me crazy sometimes. I don't know what am I doing wrong...

You only drank water for 25 days and no food at all?  How did you do this and manage going to work, paying bills, etc.  I have a huge problem with flatulence too and I'd really like to clean out my system as well.  Please respond

I assume your problem is called "dietary fructose intolerance", commonly reffered to as "fructose malabsorption". Now, everyone has fructose malabsorption, but the degree of malabsorption is different in different individuals. And there are basically two types of people out there: those who do not have symptoms despite malapsorption, and those—like you—who have symptoms. So, you're of bad luck. There is no known cure for that (afaik), that is the "cure" is to not exceed your tolerance level of fructose.
Nightshade, that sounds really silly. Where are you sourcing that information? If you had malabsorption, it would be with all aspects of food... not just fructose. And be from a damaged intestine most likely.
How about exercise, Andy?

Running and walking. Not too much, but not too little at the same time.

Plus sometimes pushups and things like that

I can't eat apples because of this, lol! Eventually you will be able to identify what food/foods are causing the problem ;).
I had this with nonorganic bananas.
I have had flatulence for as long as I can remember. The one thing that seemed to make a difference for me was a recent change to my diet. I found a place where they sell papaya really cheap so I bought a box of papaya ( 10 kg) and ate a papaya a day for a week. I won't say the flatulence has completely gone but it has improved dramatically. I'll be heading off for another box of papaya this weekend.
I've got this problem too.  Been raw for only a month and some so I thought it was just my body getting used to things.  I noticed that when I ate bananas whole, it went down really nicely.  WHen I blended them with water, it felt like it sat in my stomach for a long time before digesting.
