30 Bananas a Day!

Hey all , I have been apart of 30 bad for over 3 years now and this is my first post :)  

I am wondering about the fat / protein content of the fibrous white part of pomegranate seeds ?

I have researched this question before and was unable to find the answer i am looking for pertaining to this lifestyle . 

What are some of your experiences with pomegranate seeds ? do you guys just drink the juice or do you eat the whole seed ?

I eat the pulp around the seeds and then spit the seeds out, although I know some who just swallow the seeds after. As far as I know there's no inherent risk in eating them, they just pass through.

Now when you say "fibrous white part" -- are you referring to the pulp around the seed, or the white membrane enveloping the seeds?

I eat the whole thing. I just chew seed up well.  I think the seeds have a minimal fat content but def healthy for you!  I am eating 2 pomegranates a day with my salad for dinner since my Dad has a tree that I raided! :)

I am lazy and greedy with them     i juice em with tangerines   they have  beautiful lately  

I eat the whole thing as well!
