I had fybromyalgia and chronic fatigue. Gone now.
If she wants to continue with eating cooked, she can at least give up all animal and dairy products, eat low fat, and eat one mono meal of oranges a day and at least one lettuce green salad a day.
I have Fibromyalgia, no flare ups while on this lifestyle. She will see GREAT results if she gives up processed foods and sugar COMPLETELY. LFRV/HCRV is always best, but whole foods w/o processed and sugar is second.
I'm beginning to marvel at the delicate balance between eating and good health, and how consuming something seemingly innocuous, like a glass of milk, can throw it into disarray. :)
I too had fybromyalgia and chronic fatigue. After about 10 days on 811 it noticible subsided and got better and better every day. Roughly 3 weeks into it both were completely gone.
Stayed this way ever since. No flare ups. No other ailments either :-)
I have Fibro, and going Vegan saw a shift in my symptoms - I am now trying the 80/10/10 diet, and my mood has improved loads. :)

Fibro people are sensitive to foods more than anyone. Fibro people need 80/10/10 xx
