Feeling too stuffed on raw till 4, difficulty smashing in 1000+ calories for breakfast and lunch

Hi guys! I'm so glad to finally be a part of this wonderful community.

I love smashing in the carbs, and eating unlimited calories. Fruits and veggies are bomb, and I'm always on a vegan, plant-based diet, currently giving raw till 4 a try. I'm super happy with how I feel. However, I'm finding it difficult to eat so many calories as suggested with rawtill4. It feels uncomfortable for my body, like I'm over stuffing myself. I feel well when I'm eating less than the recommended calories. I am not trying to restrict AT ALL, I love the food I am eating and am eating as much as feels healthy to me. I don't want to have the bad feeling of over-eating. I know I'm probably not even over-eating (even under-eating based on the raw till 4 standards) but I feel good eating the amount I'm eating, about 2000 calories each day. What should I do? Thanks for your help!

i'm only a few months in and i would say i am still in the trial-and-error stages of this lifestyle, but i've found that i need to listen to my body and stop eating once i am full.  I don't think it's necessary to make yourself sick just for the sake of reaching some number of calories that someone else suggested.  everyone is different, but for me when i overeat i just feel icky and tired and uncomfortable, and i got into this lifestyle because i don't want to feel like that anymore!  just my thoughts :)

When starting out it's almost essential to track your intake using cronometer or the like for long term success.  No need to feel stuffed if you stick with high calorie foods.

Ride your bike 300k+ a week! You'll need more calories. 

Please read through Aloha to 30BaD's Welcome Wagon! which explains why 2500 is the minimum for ladies and how to eat enough calories to get enough nutrition and enough energy without stuffing yourself.  The key is to stick with high calorie fruits .

There have been ladies who under ate long term who ended up with deficiencies.  The body's adrenals will kick in if you under eat and make you feel pretty good for some time.  Things to look for...do you feel high energy, sleep soundly, meet all your nutritional targets for minerals and vitamins?  I would try 2500 calories for a week on the high cal fruits/cooked carbs and see how you feel.
