HI, so I'm a newbie, and realized I wasn't eating enough at a time. SO.. I had alot of fruit. Melon in the morning, later on a few bananas, and most recently pomegranate and then I felt HIGH. Crazy.. like buzzed. I didn't expect that. I woke up feeling a little foggy. Drank 6 liters of water already.. was feeling better..then after all the fruit so far, I have this buzzed feeling. I think I could actually enjoy the "buzz" once I'm used to it..but it feels weird..probably how I felt the first time I tasted alcohol...its a new, strange sensation. I'm assuming its from the blood alcohol levels going up from all the sugar?? ANyone else have this??
Also, last night, I got a burning kind of sensation in my chest w some racing heart. It passed. Back when i used to drink alocohol, I occassionaly would get this feeling, esp. if it was something very sweet that I was drinking.

6L? That might be a bit much, I remember reading something about someone who managed to drink too much water and they said they felt drunk at one point (they ended up in the hospital, they drank more than you though). They also ate a lot of high water content fruit, like watermelon. I don't want to recommend restricting water, but I don't think 6L isn't really necessary, maybe scale it back a liter or two, just make sure you get at least 3L. You're not a big person so I really don't think you need THAT much water, plus your eating melon.
