spinach or kale and bananas. :P I like to keep it simple.
kale, celery, cucumber, parsley and coriander/cilantro, ginger, lemon, pink grapefruit (so in season right now -- peel this and the lemon), and apple (i've been able to find a lot of good green ones lately).
it's too delicious. if not sweet enough for you, add dates or banana.
Not as of yet.
Right now, I put in 5 leaves of dino kale, 5 long stalks of celery, 1/2 telegraph cucumber (or one full 'regular' cucumber), about 20-30 sprigs of parsley plus the same amount of coriander, 2 inches of ginger, 1 lemon. Today I added 1 pink grapefruit and 2 apples.
I usually juice it, and this creates 32 oz of juice. With it's fiber, I would say it's probably a BIG smoothie.
I really like the Kimberly Snyder's one :D
The Glowing Green Smoothie <3
Today I just put about 1 and a half heads of romaine in with some water, 3 bananas and some carob. I did add a bit of sugar but in future I'll just use more bananas; it's pretty good. The carob gives it a really chocolate-y aftertaste more than anything which is great. Looks like pond scum but I suppose I can be safe assured that nobody's going to claim it while I'm out.
Around 2 cups mixed tropical fruit, few big handfuls of spinach and a big banana! Drink one almost every morning :)
2 cups of kale, 2 medium bananas, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup water. I'll double it or x1.5 if I'm gonna be active (which I am these days. Track & field season! Woo)
