Hi all! I am just getting started on my raw journey and I need a little bit of guidance. I've read various blogs and watched countless videos on 801010 and hcrv. I posted an earlier forum discussion about being a picky eater. Thank you all for your replies, now it seems I need more help! My question now is, what do you think is the fastest way to begin losing weight? I am currently labeled obese and I feel terrible everyday as a result. I am only 22 so you can imagine my disgust with myself. I know a lot of resources say to juice, and some say to cut out fats all together for an undefined period of time, and some say that this lifestyle alone will drop the pounds like crazy. I am just wanting to know what will be the best "kick start" to my weight loss. Thank you for any answers!

Dont go on a waterfast or juice fast you´ll only end up undercarbed and starved for cooked food ...
Eat ALL YOU CAN EAT of FRESH fruits and veggies, drink 3 l at least of water a day.. start your day with 1 l before you even eat anything, then pack on the fruit, bananas, dates are a good source of high calorie fruits thats easy to eat for more calories :D try getting 3000-4000 each day, if you feel like eating more then DO IT ! :D
First rule, DONT restrict !! eat how much you want of the fresh fruits and veggies, put the nuts you can restrict, try eating more whole food fats like avocado... dont use oil and salt at ALL :)

The Chain Saw Diet. Fast, but has major complications!
There's no magic recipe..
Just eat your fruit and your body will take care of the rest..
Relax, don't stress about it.. feeling terrible isn't going to help.. so stop feeling that way!:)
1. Love yourself. Even if it's hard to do, it's the fastest way to weight-loss. (Trust me, I know. My business is based off of this foundational step)
2. Exercise. Move your body in whatever way is enjoyable to you. There is no "right" kind of exercise.
3. If you're doing 80/10/10, make sure you're eating no salt and no overt fats. That's the fastest way I know of to lose weight with this diet.
4. DO NOT CUT CALORIES! For every action, it seems there is an equal and opposite reaction (i.e. you undereat and then you binge). It happens to most everyone who tries to restrict calories (also speaking from experience and extensive research).
