Hi everyone! I'm new here and I'm happy to meet and talk to as many people as I can! I'd love to learn from you all and am so proud I've made the change to Vegan: specifically the HCRV/RT4 lifestyle! I was just wondering if anyone had any exercise tips or routines or specific types of exercise that work best for people who live this life. Or is it all individual? I'd love to hear from anyone who wants to sound off!

Most Rawtil4 posters ride a bike for exercise. Any exercise for at least 30 minutes most days is the minimum. Here are posts about exercise from past posters.

Oh my gosh, thank you so much for your reply, Bananamomma! This is great stuff! I work a lot, so I get very little time to myself, but I do want to incorporate better exercise into my daily routine. My local Planet Fitness is open 24/7, so I have no excuse to avoid the gym; LOL! All that aside, my question was what kind of exercise: (cardio vs. weight training vs. yoga...) Your links are very helpful! Thanks also for your daily recipe for long-term success. I love the RT4 life! I may be a newbie, and I'm sure I'll have ups and downs, but I feel so motivated to stay true to my decision to adopt this lifestyle. I've already lost eight lbs. and I've noticed a significant difference in how I feel, versus how I felt when eating meat and dairy. Anyways, if I don't shut up now, I'll just keep going on and on, and that's better left for the blog. Thank you again for your advice and the links!!! I'm much obliged!!! :)
