Can anyone give me more info about this topic / tell me your experiences?
There seems to be a magic 40 minute mark for me, when I run more than 40 mins I get this lovely high that lasts all day, specifically my mind becomes very clear and my energy levels improve. On days I exercise under 40 mins my mind is cloudy and I'm generally lacking in energy. Currently I'm only running as I can't afford gym/swimming pool and I can't ride a bike to save my life!! But I plan to change this as soon as I can and I'm wondering how else I can produce this effect!
I'm interested to find out if and when everyone else gets this high.... Is it only a side effect of vigorous exercise? Is it only a side effect of certain forms of exercise? How long do you have to exercise before you experience a high? Does the intensity of exercise affect the high? Has your experience of the high changed the longer you've been 811?
