It sounds as unhealthy and weird as it is, right? It's just so cheap and so so fast that sometimes I really struggle with letting it go, as weird as that is. I've been using it for almost an entire year on a rawtill4 lifestyle and haven't really noticed any negative side effects, but who knows what it could be doing to my body in terms of it's preservatives, and the fact that I use it in the microwave.
Will this be risky long term? Am I just thinking too much into it? Does anybody else use this?
Not the best option but do it if you absolutely have to. Putting rice in a rice cooker is pretty convenient, cheaper and healthier.
