hi guys, ive noticed the last couple months that the enamel in a couple of my teeth are getting darker and its definitely starting to worry me now. i take good care of my teeth by brushing with a soft tooth brush and tooth powder and flossing daily.
both my husband and i have come to the conclusion that i must need more greens to get more minerals and vitamins. the last couple months i HAVENT been eating large quantities of greens as it seems to not give me great digestion and im trying to heal all my digestive issues.so I've been eating about 3/4 a head of lettuce most days but some days i skip it. and i did two banana islands for a week each recently and only ate greens once on each experience.
i really would like to start adding lots vegetable juicing into my life to help get more greens in, but i know dr graham has stated that he is against juicing unless its citrus juice because it retains some pulp. so the last couple days ive majorly upped my green intake (tender baby spinach, red leaf, green leaf, and romaine) and now my digestion is not great again. this is why i would like to start adding juices like carrot/celery/pineapple/kale or collard/cucumber/celery/apple
anybody have some insight on how i should get more greens in without compromising my digestion? anyone have this issue? i know many people have quit 811 claiming that it "ruined their health" cuz their teeth rot out and they lost too much weight or whatever. and i know in all those issues they were most likely just missing something key and important to succeeding. as dr graham recommends 2-6% of our calories coming from tender greens. so i know i just need to change something and hopefully my teeth will restore itself.
just not sure what to change.advice??
