30 Bananas a Day!

When first went raw vegan my skin was soft & supple and my elbows became as soft as a baby's butt. But now that I am 811 my elbows are back to sandpaper....I'm guessing my skin liked eating all those nuts & seeds?

Since being HCRV I have found ways to use up all the extra peels and unused parts of fruit to exfoliate and hydrate my skin!

AND DRINK MORE WATER!!!!!!

You may also be showering too often. Think about showing only every other day, or even every two days!

Another thing that can dry out skin is spending too much time in low humidity environments. A humidifier could help with that.

Never thought of that, but you might be on to something. I usually rest my left elbow on the desk while working on the computer and the skin there is much rougher than that on my right elbow which doesn't rest on surfaces nearly as much.

no one will want to hear this but all my life I had rawhide sand paper elbows. twice in my life I did the atkins diet and miraculously it went away. I dont get it. Now i've been on 811 for a few months now and there still just fine so I dont think this diet makes matters worse for me anyhow.

I'd like to say maybe you need more vitamin C but again on atkins I was not getting a whole heck of a lot of that. I'm leaning towards it was someting in the processed foods i used to eat etc.. IE more something i no longer eat rather then something  I all the sudden started to eat.

Thanks everyone for the advice! I still think remember the difference though when I ate more nuts.
