No dude a month ago I was eating around 3200-3500 now 4500 calories a day and haven't gained weight.

Dude I keep adding more calories everyday. Today was almost 5000 calories, I'm getting hungry for more everyday.
Awesome! Same for me. Bananas and dates have been key. Trying to get in 5000-6000 calories per day to support 3 + hours of exercise, and I'm thinner than ever!
damn bro it nice to be able to eat a shit load and not gain weight. Looks like you train a lot Ben and yea I wish I could eat 10,000 calories a day, probably would be able to from dates but after so many dates, you just start gagging.
yea training has increased a bit but gonna up it even more when winter rolls around when I am able to put in a lot more miles without school.
It hasn't increased that much in past few weeks. Kept pretty constant.
