Hey everyone, my name is Nanci, I am new to this website, and this diet, and may i say I am loving it! Best decision of my life, I've never been happier! (:
But onto the question, what do you all think about eating before going to bed? Sometimes I get hungry, (especially in the summer since I'm up later doing random things) and end up eating fruit then lay down and go to sleep. Does anyone else do this as well? Do you think this is a bad idea? I feel fine, but I'm wondering if it's really the best for my body.
I ALWAYS eat when I'm hungry, even if it's late at night. I know a few guys who didn't and they didn't stay raw/vegan very long.
Of course it would be ideal to eat more calories earlier in the day to avoid this scenario, but sometimes that doesn't happen, and I eat late at night.
