30 Bananas a Day!

Is it important to consume alot of calories right after an intense workout?

How much longer should you wait to have another fruit meal after your postworkout meal?

What are the best fruits to consume right after a workout?

Is it important to consume alot of vegetables and greens later for the workout, and do they benefit muscle recovery and strength gain?

What is the best fruits to consume pre-workout for a big increase in added energy for an intense workout?

If I were to know all the answers to these questions I will be alot more knowledgeable!

Thank you, and all information is greatly appreciated!

I believe theres a 2 hour window where we need to be putting in the fruit post workout...otherwise it compromises our recovery..

I eat banana smoothie,or rockmelon or a big meal of figs, whatever i feel like after my workout.

I actually rarely feel hungry straight after a workout, actually i never feel hungry, but i know i need to eat otherwise my recovery isnt as good, and i feel fatigued later on in the day when i do feel hungry, and i find it hard then to get enough food in,make sense?

pre workout, when im training very hard,i always eat bananas, they are the best fuel for me to train hard on,and last the longest in my tummy!
another fantastic post workout meal,is young coconut water, celery sticks or celery juice and banana smoothie, this is the bomb...also swapping bananas for soaked dates is amazing!
i think that it's pretty important for recovery to consume a good meal after an intense workout.. if you eat enough after your workout you should be set for a few hours at least.. if not, you know you didn't eat enough

optimally, you want sweeter fruits like banana or banana/date smoothie, grapes, figs, melons; mango, jakfruit or mamey if you're in the tropics, etc.. apples and even oranges are tough for me to consume enough of at most times, unless i have access to a lot of juiced oranges.. i'll throw a couple stalks of celery in my banana/date post-workout smoothie sometimes, for flavor and to enhance sodium replenishment as an added bonus

i don't like to eat before a workout, at the very least 2 hours before, but typically i workout in the morning after consuming only water.. i'll then drink more water, shower, and eat breakfast/lunch
