What does everyone feel better on? Food that are cooked high carb starches i.e. potatoes, rice, oats or dried fruit such dried mango, fresh dates, raisins etc.
I do not have a blender to blend dried fruit with water but I have had a lot of dried mango and water with it. Same with dates but haven't have much access to good dates recently. But will be ordering some fresh ones soon.
I live in Canada so it is difficult to get consistently good quality fruit.
before I used to eat lots of dried fruit, but it´s the worst thing for your teeth. I would rather have a meal of boiled potatoes or rice and vegetables than meal of raisins, dried figs or prunes.
They're both about the same in my opinion. I usually prefer simple sugars early in the day, so dried fruit or juice, and then starchier foods later in the day. But that's just my opinion, do what you prefer.
For me nothing as good as dates .
Do both and see what you prefer.
Also remember that what you eat is important BUT your ENTIRE lifestyle counts MASSIVELY in how you feel. So does the state of mind you chose each second of the day.
So many people eat really well but have a deficiency in gratitude.
You should invest in a blender.
I'm from Canada too & you're right the fruit quality is ****. Dates are easy to find for me though.
As for your question - What DR said.
You need to have 75% water ratio ideally... So if your date has 21% water. 75 -21% =54% you should add 54% water blended... or you will consume water before to eat dried dates..
