This weekend I thought about how women age. We all will age eventually, but it bothers me that, for example a women at her twenties looks gorgeous, etc. and then at her 40s she looks different, her features, her face. I don't know how to explain, please try to understand. I don't think as we get old, we should look soooooooooooo different as we used to look like.
Bear with me. I was thinking maybe meat had something to do with this. Our body gives itself to much to get rid of meat and its toxins in our system and doesn't focus on the regeneration part, etc. so that we can heal. And' then I though, a person who eats meat every single day, giving the body too much to deal with...? So our body couldn't actually do everything its supposed to do, because of meat and other garbage food.. Does this make sense? Could this be one of the reasons why people don't age gracefully? (Don't give me the genetics crap, please, I can't stand it - makes me feel like i'm supposed to be labeled or stay in some type of box)
Anyone who wants to share? Cope with me fruitbats! Please share your theories! :D
Have you seen this video of Freelee's? The part about the grandmother starts around 3:20. The most interesting part is when they introduce her husband, who still eats a SAD diet. I still think genetics are a factor, but obviously lifestyle and diet choices play a huge part as well. Somebody eating this way and leading a healthy lifestyle is going to look a lot different from someone living and eating like the average westerner.
