I use something that seems to be loaded with chemicals.. I am looking for a post-rinse softener and then some kind of strong hold product and a spray to hold the hair in place after blow drying and styling.
My scalp was getting irritated and couldn't figure out what to use so I just shaved my head! But working on growing my hair back.
I am also looking for a good vegan anti dandruff scalp soothing shampoo!
Thanks GardenGirl! I have some more questions.. I only get one heard of lettuce at night for salad, though I try to get a green juice in during the day. I eat 1-2 tbsp of chia or hemp or ground flax seeds and 1 avocado 4-5 days a week for fats. I am not able to get a variety of fruits in my diet and end up having more or less the same convenient fruits every day like watermelon, bananas, dates and orange juices, that may be an issue.
How much greens do you eat every day? What do you eat for fats? How much variety of fruits do you eat over a week?

I take apple cidar vinegar and dilute it with water and. It makes conditioner. Try it. Your hair will be unbelievably manageable.
I can attest to that too! It really removes buildup as well. Back when I was detoxing my scalp with Morrocco Method, I needed an extra tough remover to get the gunk of years and years of chemical haircare out, and ACV did the trick. It's like natures scrubbing bubbles!
Thanks Dan. You seem like you have a muscular build. Are you 100% raw? Are you able to maintain your physique with 80/10/10 and fully raw? I was wondering if I need more fat and protein than 80/10/10 while lifting weights. Can you tell me how many greens you eat on a day and where you get your fats from? I want to ask people for whom this diet is working and get an idea what they are doing right :) Thanks!
